I have been in Healthcare since 1989, when I became a nursing assistant at 17 years of age. When I was a nursing assistant I became a preceptor and trainer at the age of 20 in 1991. Guiding others and watching them learn is one my greatest loves. I recently finished my MSN. I completed my MSN internship where I worked as a nursing assistant.
